Item descriptionessions are like airplane seats: if you book it, it's yours. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy which means you must give 24 hour notice in order to cancel. Otherwise, my full fee of $135 applies. In rare circumstances, I am able to make exceptions, but these have to be discussed in advance in order to be fair to all parties.

Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) is a profound emotional response characterized by extreme sensitivity to perceived or actual rejection, criticism, or failure, often resulting in severe emotional pain and distress. Can include feelings of intense anger and rage.

I treat ADHD with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (re-shaping one's thoughts for a different emotional response), insight therapy (increasing self awareness) and coaching. Treatment is based on my premise that ADHD is neurological and has nothing to do with character deficiencies.
