You've just been diagnosed with ADHD

You've just been diagnosed with ADHD (or you've been living with it all your life/for a while) and you want to know: is this a good thing or a bad thing?

If you have ADHD, then you know what a trial life can be, but you probably also know that you're more clever, more creative and most likely smarter than other people. Yes, certain skills elude you, but you've always been able to make things work anyway. It's just harder. Or more chaotic. And people complain about your behavior all the time.

I started this website as a way of educating those who have (and those who love) those with ADHD. It is in my opinion life-defining.

I like to think of ADHD as a WAY of thinking, neither good nor bad.

Once you understand what its primary features are, you'll be able to navigate life better, including school, work and relationships.
